i love illustrating happy little doodles with plenty of colour.

When I was younger, I never stopped drawing, and that’s not changed nearly 30 years on. It al began with my extremely critically reviewed crayon smiley face exhibite on my parents' wall. Since then I'm banned from using crayons.
I am a self-taught illustrator with a decade of professional creative experience.

I’ve got a degree in history with 3 years of Film and Media under my belt. So I love a good story.

When the pandemic hit and I lost my social media job, I spent my last pennies on an iPad and it has never left my side since. That was when I transitioned to digital illustration. I’ve been evolving my art with daily practice, sourcing tutorials and inspiration often, and now feel I have a style that is recognisably mine.

never not doodling....

Combining my day job in marketing with my illustration experience offers diversity within design mediums.

Having worked in marketing for the past decade, I have tried to introduce illustration into my work as much as possible. Notably, for Apex Hotels (including their restaurants, bars, and spas), Hit the Road’s 2023 tour, the Royal Highland Show, the Gin71 brand , Taymouth Marina, and even a colouring in book community project for Watermans Solicitors. (Bringing creativity to a law agency was particularly challenging, but if I can create creative content there, I believe I could do it anywhere!)

As a freelancer, I have illustrated for weddings, designed brand identities and merchandice, have collaborated with several talented creatives, and have been published in several publications.

recently...

Recently I have been taking part in the 2025 InkyGoodness Illustration course, workig with industry professionals on a variety of live briefs, attending workshops and seminars. It has been great for my portfolio, escaping creative blocks, and I'm always keen to pick up new tips and tricks.
Since the success of my Nescafe Azera design, I'm looking for more projects that take me back to the shelves across the UK. I'm also in the process of illustrating three childrens books, which we hope to publish once we're finished!

I'm just a girl, standing in front of an industry, asking them to hire, inspire, and represent me. If you can do any of the three, please get in touch! I'm always keen for a new project to get stuck into.
